Love Letters from Ann Marie Ruby is my latest read and I am so glad I chose this book! I have been reading Ann Marie’s books for about three years now, and slowly making my way through everything she has written, because it is all wonderful. Love Letters makes the eleventh of her eighteen books I’ve read so far.
“Love is timeless.
Passion of love is endless.
Enchanted by love, twin flames are immortal.
Fragrance of love lives on indefinitely.
Vows of love live on forever.”

Thoughts on Love Letters
Love Letters is a collection of fifty poems from Ann Marie Ruby. I have had brief experiences of her poetry in other books, specifically the Kasteel Vrederic series, and they were simply beautiful. So I was very excited to pick up Love Letters to start reading it.
Destiny, Love Survives All, and Only For You are my absolute favorites out of this book. The rest are just as good, but those three spoke to me the most.
“Only For You
Life awakened me with a gift,
When you became my life.
Lost, stranded, and hurt I was,
Until you awakened my inner soul,
Why was I born,
I had asked myself
As you stood there in front of me.
Everybody belongs somewhere,
What about me,
I kept on asking.
When I came to the end of my thread,
I found you.
Love filled within your eyes,
You held on to me.
Without saying anything,
You responded to my lifelong queries.
Simple yet complete remedies came,
From a lover to a beloved,
Only For You.”
Ann Marie Ruby, Love Letters
Every single one of these fifty poems are beautifully written. It has always been obvious that Ann Marie puts her heart and soul into everything she writes, and these poems drive that point home even more as I read them.
Final Thoughts on Love Letters
As I said earlier, Love Letters makes the eleventh of Ann Marie’s eighteen books that I have read now. The first time I read one of her books, I read it all the way through from cover to cover. There are several I often come back to and open to a random page and let it speak to me. I’m always amazed that whatever I pick is exactly what I needed to read at that moment, and I walk away feeling lighter and better.
My favorite person on the planet has a specific name he calls me, and I’ve often said over the years that the way he says it sounds like a hug. I get that same feeling when I read a poem, quote, or song from Ann Marie. It is a hug in a book, and that is the best way I can describe it.
If you haven’t read Love Letters from Ann Marie Ruby, I highly recommend you do. You will not be disappointed!

I’m not a good reader but you certainly made me feel like I should look for this book and read it.
The Reading Wife
One of the best parts about many of Ann Marie’s books is you don’t have to be a good reader. They are short poems, quotes, and even songs. So the ability to jump around or pick and choose what speaks to you and enjoy it is a nice option. I read all books from cover to cover the first time, but I’ve found I often go back to hers and just open it to a random page to read when I feel the need, and it is always perfect. Exactly what I needed in that moment.
