Mother Earth
My lord, may I, Your creation, be safe and secure
Within Mother Earth,
For I know within her chest, she hides all her children.
May I not divide between the children of this
Mother for she gives me food and water,
Sheltering me within her chest
As she but shelters all of her children.
My lord, may I give love and care
To all of the children of Mother Earth.
My lord, may I find within
My mind, body, and soul,
Forgiveness, mercy, and blessings
For all of the children of this Mother,
We all but know as,
Mother Earth.
Ann Marie Ruby, Spiritual Songs II
I have never really read a spiritual or inspirational book prior to this. So I had no real idea what I was getting into when I picked up Spiritual Songs II. But that is the fun of reading something brand new! Part of my goals this year was opening myself up to reading and trying new things. Spiritual Songs II from Ann Marie Ruby definitely fits that bill.
About Spiritual Songs II
Where and when there is no hope, prayers but open the doors to hope. Whether or not one is religiously affiliated, this book is but a hope for everyone. Awaken from within yourself through the sweet songs of a prayer. Within this sacred book, there are one hundred and twenty three prayers I but call Songs.
From the unknown darkness through the first peek of dawn, I waited for an answer to my prayers. Throughout the day, I searched everywhere for an answer to my prayers. I knocked upon all doors until I knew I must open the doors myself. After a long journey through the obstacles of life, for all of you seeking a prayer to find hope within, or to just recite in union with your fellow human, I give you my book of prayers I but call Spiritual Songs.
Where there is no hope, find hope within a prayer. When you are but lost and stranded, hold on to the words of a prayer. When you are being judged by another soul, do remember we are all but the judged.
Hold on to this sacred book as you find within yourself the first sight of hope within the words of a sweet prayer. May we the humans unite within one prayer, the prayer of a human soul. There is only one house and one family where we the humans but belong. This house is the house of prayers, the sweet songs of the human mind, body, and soul, where we but ask, seek, and knock for only the blessed candles of hope.
For all humans, I give my book of prayers to hold on to as you but walk through this life, only to unite all humans within one song, one prayer. I call this book,
Spiritual Songs II: Blessings From A Sacred Soul.
From within the blue skies above, the waving oceans below, through the green fields, we find musical harmony. The songs of life are but the bridge of union between all of the creation. From dawn through dusk, we live within the blessed songs that but unite all creation alike.
Today, I give you my blessings through these sacred prayers I but call songs. May they awaken humanity within all humans eternally. With peace and blessings, I give you, Spiritual Songs II: Blessings From A Sacred Soul.
Thoughts on Spiritual Songs II
One of my favorite aspects of Spiritual Songs II is that it is uplifting and comforting. It wasn’t what I was expecting, and I love that! Because Spiritual Songs II didn’t meet my expectations. It exceeded them, and by quite a bit.
What I wasn’t expecting was how easy Spiritual Songs II was to read and follow. Or how enlightening that it was. Some of these poems/songs really resonated with me. A few didn’t, but some really hit close to home and made perfect sense to me. Have you ever read something and it just clicked? That’s how some of these poems were for me. It was surprising, but in a really pleasant way. I was glad that I had decided to read something out of my normal book choices!
I highly recommend Spiritual Songs II for anyone who is looking to be uplifted and inspired! It is easily one of my favorite books I’ve read so far this year. You will not be sorry for picking up this book.
Final Thoughts on Spiritual Songs II
Let Us The Judged Not Be The Judge
My Lord, my Creator,
Forgive me the sinner.
Guild me the repenter
For I, Your creation, walk
Amongst the sinners, the pious, and the redeemers.
I walk all day and night trying to find
The path to my Lord, my Creator.
I find humans who but claim to know all,
For they but claim to be the right
As the others are all but wrong.
From the early days of past to the futures unknown,
They have committed themselves
In this fight of knowledge.
How could all be right and all be wrong
If the messages are but different
From mouth to mouth?

About the Author
I am an author of eight published books, three upcoming books, and a blogger. My blog has been named one of the top 75 spiritual blogs of 2018 and 2019.
I am known to a lot of my fans as a dream psychic, as I have written my “Spiritual Lighthouse: The Dream Diaries Of Ann Marie Ruby” where I have walked within the path of philosophers, the scientific scholars, and the religious scholars. Through the sacred door of dreams, throughout this book I prove and talk about the spiritual insights to dreams.
I have published five spiritual inspirational quotations books, for all whom need a helping hand to inspire them in a world filled with obstacles.
I love to answer questions from my worldwide fans as this is why I had become a blogger. My blog has received numerous awards and has a worldwide audience. Typically, I get questions regarding dreams, reincarnation, meditation, the spiritual wisdom of the beyond, traveler’s journey, lifestyle, and my favorite is the inner spirituality.
I am single and I currently live in the Greater Seattle area. Blessed I am, as I have traveled throughout this world. I have followed the spiritual journey through all humans with humanity. I have found this world houses all of us her children of different ethnicity and religion, yet we are all one family of the human race. My travel journey only proves my sacred belief within this.
I have talked about my dreamland, the Netherlands within a few of my other books. I love this unknown country which had awakened my faith and has blessed my inner spirit to be awakened to be a human with humanity.
My two prayer books, “Spiritual Songs: Letters From My Chest” and “Spiritual Songs II: Blessings From A Sacred Soul,” are a sacred path I had taken. For the love of humans with humanity, I have written my prayer books for people of all ethnicities, and all religious backgrounds to sing in union where you only find yourself the creation but crying out to your Creator. I believe within these prayers, the globe but becomes a blessed home for all of humanity. These books represent the teardrops of we the humans with humanity.

Author Interview
I had the chance to chat with Ann Marie Ruby about Spiritual Songs II, and I am very excited about it. One of my favorite parts about reading new books is having the chance to visit with the author, get to know them a bit more, and ask questions.
You’ve traveled quite extensively. Do you have a favorite place to visit, or that you continue returning to?
I am blessed to have been able to travel around this Earth. It was after I had landed safely within the Netherlands, I realized that all my life I had searched for this place. I had revisited last year for the second time as I knew there was this amazing connection with this land and my soul. I don’t know what it could be, but I really want to move to the Netherlands as I feel like that’s what I must do.
Do you have any places you want to visit and haven’t been to yet? Tell me about your travel bucket list.
I have never preplanned my visits around this Earth. Most of my travels have come to me as a knock upon my door. I believe if it is meant to be, it comes upon our doors. I have traveled all around this globe, yet all of my travels have landed upon my door at the right time and place, when and where I was able to afford it.
I really don’t have a wish list as I somehow feel that would go against my spiritual journey through my soul. I love to travel to see different races, colors, and religions as the lands unite all of us. I believe if the journey is meant to be, it shall come to be. Until then, we are blessed to have all that we have.
What is it about your favorite place that holds so much appeal to you?
As a spiritual person, I believe everything around us is a blessed sacred message that comes upon our doors. Meditation is a way of life where I don’t need a quiet place to be, to awaken spiritually. I could actually meditate within a bus full of people.
I accept all different people and their journey through life as a message learned and my complete meditation. Where I find this sacred blessing, is my favorite place to be. Truthfully all around this globe I found this, yet I don’t know why, the Netherlands keeps on pulling me back to her. I would for that reason say, the Netherlands, as my answer.
Your blog talks about dreams. I am curious about that. Do we as humans dream each time we sleep? Why don’t we remember them?
Dreams and the sacred messages received within dreams have given us religious, philosophical, and scientific scholars throughout time where and when we were guided and taught a lot from these dreams.
We have the major practicing religions around the globe because of dreams. By walking through science, religion, and philosophical wisdom, we too can gain a lot of messages from the past and present scholars who all have agreed dreams are real. Yet, the reason behind the dreams are unknown.
We humans dream about four to six times per night, and there are a lot of types of dreams, yet the REM (rapid eye movement) is when the brain is most active.
Some people remember their dreams, yet some do not and that too is a question argued between the scholars. Our brain actually stores our dreams and at times we remember and at times we know we had seen something, yet we don’t remember.
If we awaken with an alarm, then it is very likely we would forget our dreams as we only remember the last thought. That is why people who have deep sleep usually don’t remember their dreams, and people who awaken in between their sleep do remember their dreams.
I believe dreams are messages from the beyond. We must listen to the messages. Always within our awakened state, we must revisit our dreams, decide our chosen path, and live with the decision we make. My book Spiritual Lighthouse: The Dream Diaries Of Ann Marie Ruby has more details about dreams.
Is it possible to become active in a dream? To control it?
In lucid dreams, you are able to control and be more active where you can change the outcome with your awakening mind. I personally think these dreams are less reliable as the outcome is what your mind had wanted, not what the future had given you. Within these dreams, you actually lose the message of the dreams as you control the outcome.
Do nightmares mean something to us? Like, is it a sign something bad is coming? A response to stress? A form of PTSD? I’m very interested in knowing more about where nightmares come from.
Nightmares, I believe are our mind and body trying to give us some clues. If it continues, then listen to your body. Maybe your stress or an illness is trying to give you a clue. Our biological body sometimes gives us clues through nightmares and then it is something we need to pay attention to.
Each individual is different. Sometimes it is our inner fear that keeps on coming back to us through dreams. Little children see nightmares as they fight their fears. We, the adults, have the same problems within our lives. Even though we are grown up, we still have our inner fears which appear in different forms within our nightmares.
Try to see the message from beyond your dreams and do not fear the dreams, for nightmares stop as you awaken. I always meditate before I go to bed and try to remove all my earthly fears. This has helped my inner soul, as I don’t have nightmares. Scientifically, this theory has also been proven to help.
I know you are a vegetarian. Tell me about your favorite dish.
I have become a vegetarian by choice, as I had awakened spiritually. I have learned to cook vegetarian meals and actually have seen this world has international cuisines where I have a variety of options to choose from.
My favorite however is lentils cooked with onion, garlic, ginger, green onions, and tomatoes in olive oil and spices such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, curry powder, chili powder (if you like spicy), and topped up with coconut milk. I love it with low carb roti, or low glycemic index basmati rice.
I am diabetic as my family had this in their genes and had given it to me as a gift. I have been able to keep my A1C under control ever since I found out I am diabetic. I don’t take it as a problem, but I have learned to live with it. Even within my travels, it was easy to handle.
Tell me a little about your hobbies. What do you do in your spare time?
I love to meditate and cook. Meditation is a spiritual journey through wisdom of the wise. Through international cuisine, I can unite all humans at my dining table. If I eat at a restaurant, I am able to pick up on the menu. Just by tasting the food, I am able to cook international cuisine at ease. Cooking comes easy to me and I love entertaining my family and friends during my spare time.

I’ve written a few book reviews that were not typically my thing. The great part was that I really enjoyed them. It is kind of fun to venture outside of the box sometimes. If you do read any of these books, I would love to know your thoughts on it, Kristin!
